Long (Hip Tran Ngya), a Vietnamese driver in Southern California, answers a late-night call asking for a ride. Already in his pajamas, he reluctantly agrees, picking up a man, Tay (Dustin Nguyen), and his two companions. But men who have recently escaped from the Orange County Jail take Long hostage at gunpoint, forcing him to participate in their escape plan. When complications arise, the fugitives and their hostage hide in a motel, and a tense waiting game unfolds.
